Exit Strategy Development
DKB Strategies will manage businesses during the final stage of the program: the "Exit" Strategy. DKB Strategies will work directly with the founder, CEO, management and all outside strategic partners in order to accomplish the Exit Strategy. In this stage, clients will have at least 4 exit pathways to choose from:
- M&A - Reorganization with a 60/40 sale (Wealth management investment) followed by a 100% sale
- M&A - 100% sale
- Estate Planning - Passing the torch to "Key men" and/or family
- Franchise or Licensing Agreements
Organizations will accomplish their Exit Strategy through our Debt & Equitable Financing services.
