Dale K. Bethel is the founder of the Bethel Law Corporation. He has a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University of Law, Fullerton, California. He spent his undergraduate schooling at the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science. He is admitted to practice before the following courts: California Supreme Court; United States District Court; Central and Southern District Courts of California; and, the United States Tax Court.
He is also a long standing member of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of California, Trade Secrets Standing Committee and has been a member of the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR), the Sharp Health Care Foundation for Financial, Tax and Estate Planning Professionals, and the national American Intellectual Property Law Association.
He has lectured for thousands of individuals and professionals regarding estate, financial, and business planning, including the creation and use of intellectual property and process improvement strategies for such. He has clients from all over the country, including high net worth individuals and family mid-size corporations ranging from 1 million to 100 million dollars in annual earnings.
